Thanks to incredible popularity (and the seemingly unending pumpkin craze), Dairy Queen is bringing back the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard Treat on August 26.

These limited-time treats feature real pumpkin pie pieces blended into the ice cream shop’s famous vanilla soft serve. Then, before it’s handed to you (and turned upside down or the next one’s free), each Blizzard is finished with whipped topping and a touch of nutmeg, that warm and inviting spice that gives pumpkin pie its je ne sais quoi.

Lest you think this is DQ’s response to the PSL, here’s a staggering fact for you: This is the 28th year this fall-flavored treat has been available at the fast-food establishment. It was originally introduced to the menu in 1991 and has made a timed reappearance every fall, just as the summer begins to wane.

If it still feels too warm to be thinking about gourds and hot drinks, rest assured you’ve got plenty of time to warm up—or cool down—to the craze. While the release of pumpkin-flavored treats heralds the return of the big Pumpkin Spice Latte itself, companies are cashing in with creative spins that let the pumpkin obsessed fulfill all their cravings, from pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls to pumpkin-flavored Kit Kats.

The Pumpkin Pie Blizzard will be available in four sizes — mini, small, medium, and large.
