I first began cooking when I was 10 or 12 years old and enjoyed helping … my mother prepare the family meals. Mom did not cook gourmet meals but she made what might be called hearty comfort food. As I matured I became more adventuresome in my cooking and it soon became my passion. I love nothing more than to create a meal or some sweets and then watch my family and/or friends enjoy what I have created. I always add a pinch of love to my food to make it taste just a little bit better. With urging and support of my daughters Kristen, Melissa and Jennifer and my life partner Marla I decided to publish this cookbook and dedicate it to them. read more
