What You'll Need:

  • 2 parts Hendrick's Gin

  • 1 part cloudy apple juice

  • 1 part fresh lemon juice

  • Ginger beer

The How-To:

  • Shake all ingredients, except the ginger beer, and pour over ice into a highball glass.

  • Top with ginger beer.

  • Garnish with grated nutmeg and an apple slice.

  • 1 part Hendrick's Gin

  • 2 parts premium tonic water

The How-To:

  • Fill a highball glass with good cubed ice. Combine all ingredients and give a gentle stir.

  • Combine first four ingredients and briskly shake over ice – double strain into flute and top with sparkling wine

  • 1 part fresh lemon juice

  • 1 cucumber wheel

  • 6 basil leaves

The How-To:

  • Muddle a 1-inch segment of English cucumber & several basil leaves in shaker. Add ingredients and shake hard with ice.

  • Double strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with English cucumber wheel and basil leaves.
