A brand-new Whole Foods supermarket opening November 15 in Denver will be doing some truly super things with cheese.

In addition to a 100-pound cheese tower (yes, you read that correctly) staffed by professional slicers from the American Cheese Society, The Denver Post reports that the hot bar will showcase four feet of mac and cheese magic.

The one-of-a-kind (for now) mac and cheese mecca will feature pasta creations that are vegan, plus others that are barbecue-flavored and feature roasted tomatoes.
