Quick and Easy Hummus

Easy-to-make hummus offers a low-calorie option for snack time (bonus: It's gluten-free!). See how to make it in your food processor in seconds.

[MUSIC] Hummus seems to be the hottest cold dip around right now, and there's good reason for it. It comes in a variety of different flavors. It helps with weight management, and it's super easy to make. In a food processor, combine 15 ounces of garbanzo beans, a quarter cup tahini, a quarter cup lemon juice. [MUSIC] A quarter cup olive oil. A half teaspoon salt. A quarter teaspoon paprika. And one minced clove of garlic. [MUSIC] Cover and process until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary. Once you're done, transfer the hummus to a small bowl. Drizzle with some olive oil. [MUSIC] Sprinkle with parsley. [MUSIC] And top it with some pine nuts. [MUSIC] And there you have it delicious homemade hummus. And if the food processor didn't wake anybody up. You get it all to yourself. [MUSIC]
