Frozen Snowman Banana Pops

We wouldn’t recommend snacking on these frozen banana pops right after building a real snowman, but once you’re warm and toasty inside, they make a great winter treat. Cover frozen banana slices with melted white chocolate, then decorate with an orange sprinkle nose and mini chocolate chip eyes and buttons. Peanut butter cup hats, or fruit leather scarves will add extra sweetness.

This snowman may have melted into a puddle of white cheese, but it’s still cute and delish. Once you’ve mixed the dip together, use black olives and a baby carrot to make a snowman face. Then serve with bread cubes, crackers, and veggie dippers to let this warm cheese dip chase away the chill.

The simplicity of these snowman cookies makes them a classic. Use snowman cookie cutters to create an army of them, then frost with royal icing. Then let the decorating fun begin! Fruit leather is great for giving your snowmen scarves and mittens. A variety of sprinkles are a fun way to create a face and buttons.

These cookies might be best suited for the end of the season rather than the dead of winter. Thanks to marshmallows and vanilla candy coating, these snowmen are melting all over rich chocolate cookies. To make the puddle of melted snow look more like a former snowman, use peanut butter cups to make a hat and a couple sprinkles for a snowman face.

Luckily, you won’t need a winter jacket to build a line of these snowmen. Instead, stack marshmallows into snowmen and use melted chocolate, pretzel sticks, and orange candies to create faces, arms, and buttons. To make these treats even tastier, dip the bottom of your snowman in a delicious mix of caramel, chocolate, and toasted coconut.

Be honest, you’re going to end up making truffles this winter anyway, so why not turn them into snowmen? Simply add mini chocolate chips and a slice from an orange gum drop to turn a truffle into a smiling snowman. To make these treats even more fun, add a couple mini chocolate sandwich cookies for a towering top hat.

One of the best things about making snowmen out of sugar cookies instead of snow? You can get even more creative and make them any shape you want. Take a break from roly-poly snowmen and use square cookie cutters instead. We decorated them using colored royal icing, but sprinkles and tiny candies make sweet faces and buttons.

Meringue Snowmen

You don’t need actual snow to make stacked snowmen. Once you whip together a quick meringue, you can pipe balls on top of each other to create realistic snowmen. (And you can build them as high as you want.) Once baked, insert an orange sprinkle for a carrot nose and pipe on melted chocolate to create arms, buttons, and a smiling face.

If you’re not a fan of precise cookie decorating, these melting snowmen cookies are for you. Because your snowmen are supposed to be drippy and melting, you don’t have to worry if your frosting runs a little or if one of your decorations gets smeared. Top your snowman puddle with a black gumdrop top hat for extra goodness.

Cookie balls are a tasty treat at any time of the year, but these were clearly made for winter. Use decorating gel to create each snowman’s face and chocolate candies for a top hat. Don’t stress if some of the vanilla almond bark looks a little messy—just turn drippy snowmen into melting ones.

  • Try these tasty seasonal treats!

You might not guess this winter cake has a snowman theme at first glance, but there’ll be no doubt after the first slice. Vanilla snowmen hide inside this chocolate cake, but the outside reminds us of wintry snow drifts. Marshmallow frosting is the key to creating those swooping, snowy peaks.
