Using Nonstick Spray Coating

Cut calories when stir-frying, by using nonstick spray coating in place of cooking oil.
  • To help cut fat calories, use nonstick spray coating in place of some of the cooking oil when stir-frying.
  • Start by spraying the room-temperature wok or skillet and preheating it over medium heat.
  • Then stir-fry the vegetables. But, to prevent sticking, you'll need to add up to one tablespoon of cooking oil before stir-frying the meat.
  • Spraying a hot surface with nonstick coating is not recommended.
