The trick is really simple—pop one marshmallow into your brown sugar. That's it!
The marshmallow will be able to regulate the moisture in the container so that brown sugar doesn't dry out. This is some real-life magic.
However, if your baking supplies have been sitting on the top shelf all summer, your brown sugar might already be hard. Lucky for us, The Domestic Geek also has a quick fix to save the sugar!
