Homemade Cashew Milk is super easy if you follow these directions. The only two ingredients you need:
In a bowl soak cashews in 2 cups water for 6 to 24 hours. Drain cashews and discard water.
Blend cashews with 3 cups fresh water until cashews are smooth and silky (about 2 minutes).
Thin cashew milk with up to 1 cup additional water, if desired. If you'd like sweeter cashew milk, add 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or sugar. If you prefer unsweetened cashew milk, enjoy as-is!
