Foil Drip Pan for Indirect Grilling

A drip pan is an essential accessory for indirect grilling.
A sheet of heavy foil is all you need to make a drip pan.

Make a foil drip pan from heavy foil by tearing off a sheet of heavy foil about 2-1/2 times as large as the food you will be cooking. Fold foil in half; then fold up the edges to make 2-inch-high sides. Crease the corners to seal.
