[MUSIC] How to make crab cakes. You'll need: soft bread crumbs, corn meal, mayo, eggs, onions, seafood seasoning, dill, pepper, mustard. Combine 1 cup bread crumbs, 1 beaten egg, 3 Tbsp. mayo, 1 Tbsp. dill, 2 Tbsp. green onions, 1 Tbsp. seafood seasoning, 1/4 tsp. black pepper. Stir until combined. Add 16 oz. can pasteurized crab meat. Use your hands to form 6 patties. Combine 3 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs, and 2 tsp. cooking oil. Sprinkle bread crumbs onto patties. Cook in oil 5 to 6 minutes. Turn when bottoms are browned.
