Fish tacos. Ingredients grilled: 1 lb. fish, 1 tbsp. oil. 1 tsp. chili powder, 1/2 tsp. cumin, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper. Beer battered: 2 lb. fish, 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup corn starch, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tbsp. paprika, 1 cup beer, 1 egg.
