The Menu

  • Oven-Barbecued Beef Brisket (see recipe below)
  • Tomato Corn Muffins
  • Cider Slaw with Chipotle
  • Lemon Curd Cookie Sandwiches

Oven-Barbecued Beef Brisket is a "pop in the oven and forget about it" dish. Make this on the weekend, and then serve leftovers during the week. Tomato Corn Muffins, Cider Slaw with Chipotle, and Lemon Curd Cookie Sandwiches make the weeknight meal quick -- you can probably prepare all three of these dishes in the amount of time it takes to reheat the brisket.
