Directions

  1. Spread the oats in a shallow baking pan. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Cool.
  2. Add the ingredients to a 1-1/2- or 2-pound bread machine according to the manufacturer's directions, adding the oats with the flour. If available, select the whole grain cycle, or select the basic white bread cycle, and desired color setting.
