Cinnamon Granola Loaf
- Grease an 8x4x2-inch loaf pan; set aside.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll the thawed bread dough to a 10x8-inch rectangle. Spread with 1 tablespoon of the softened butter. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of the cinnamon sugar. Sprinkle with crushed granola and nuts to within 1/2 inch of the edges. Roll up tightly starting from a short side. Pinch seam to seal. Place, seam side down, in prepared pan.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place until nearly double in size (45 to 60 minutes).
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Bake in preheated oven about 25 minutes or until bread sounds hollow when lightly tapped. Remove from pan to wire rack. Spread with remaining 1 tablespoon butter and sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar. Makes 12 servings.
