This sweet blend of marshmallow creme and white chocolate was made for dipping!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce white baking chocolate, chopped, or 3 cups white baking pieces

  • ½ cup half-and-half or light cream

  • 1 13 ounce jar marshmallow creme

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • Pomegranate seeds

  • Assorted cookies and crackers

Directions

  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl combine chocolate and cream. Microwave on 50% power (medium) for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes until chocolate is just melted, stirring after every minute. Fold in marshmallow creme and vanilla.

  2. Transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Serve with assorted dippers.

Tips

Prepare as directed. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
