  • cup white balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • ½ cup olive oil


  1. In a small bowl whisk together the vinegar, mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper. Gradually whisk in olive oil until emulsified.
