  • Place wheat berries in a strainer; rinse with cold water. In a large saucepan combine the 3 cups water and the pinch salt. Bring to boiling over medium-high heat. Add wheat berries. Reduce heat. Simmer, covered, about 45 minutes or until tender. Drain; cool for 30 minutes.

  • In a large bowl combine cooked wheat berries, sugar snap pea pods, and radishes. For dressing, in a small screw-top jar combine oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and the 3/4 teaspoon salt. Cover and shake well to combine. Gently stir dressing into wheat berry mixture. Top with goat cheese. Serve immediately.
