Directions
- Place walnut halves in a food processor;* cover and process until finely chopped. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and process 5 minutes or until nearly smooth, stopping to scrape container as needed. Store in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks.

Use as a filling for cinnamon rolls or sandwich cookies. Spread on pancakes or serve on grilled fruit, such as peaches, nectarines, and pineapple.
