  • In a 1-1/2- or 2-quart microwave-safe casserole combine green beans and water. Cover and microcook on 100 percent power (high) for 5 to 7 minutes or just until tender, stirring once after 3 minutes. Drain in a colander. Rinse with cold water; drain again. Transfer to a serving dish. Toss with parsley, green onion tops, celery, oil, and lime juice. Cover and let stand up to 30 minutes.

  • Sprinkle with sea salt just before serving. If desired, squeeze lime wedges over each serving. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
