Swiss Vegetable Medley

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine the thawed vegetables, soup, half of the Swiss cheese, the sour cream, and pepper. Stir in half of the French-fried onions. Spoon vegetable mixture into a 3-quart rectangular baking dish.
  2. Bake, covered, in a 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and remaining French-fried onions. Bake about 5 minutes more or until heated through. Makes 12 servings.

I make this every year for Thanksgiving. I double the recipe, and sometimes I change the soup and I use cream of asparagus or broccoli. The recipe I have calls for a 4 oz jar of pimento. this is the best casserole and it goes quickly. Enjoy

I actually did '5' Stars, but for some reason didn't take. I would give it a '10.'
I started making this years ago, and everyone else got the recipe from me.

We¿ve eaten this for years, but we make it a one-dish meal by adding cooked chicken breast. My whole family loves it!

I didn't know that there was an actual recipes for this dish. I do almost the same thing except I use cream of celery soup add mushrooms and garlic and then throw it in the slow cooker so everything melts together. soooo good!
