Directions

  1. Remove strings and tips from pea pods; set aside. In a 12-inch skillet cook shallot in hot peanut oil and sesame oil over medium heat until tender. Add pea pods and teriyaki sauce. Cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes or until pea pods are crisp-tender. Add tomatoes; cook 1 minute more. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Makes 6 servings.
