  • In a medium saucepan cook onion in hot oil until tender. Stir in peas, water, bouillon granules, dried oregano (if using), and pepper. Cover and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes or just until peas are tender. Stir in fresh oregano (if using) and toasted pine nuts. Makes 4 servings.
