In large skillet cook bacon until crisp. Drain bacon on paper towels, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon and set aside.
Cook sweet pepper and green onions in reserved drippings, over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in okra, corn, tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir over medium heat about 5 minutes or until okra and corn are tender. Stir in bacon. Makes 8 servings.
If you can't get frozen sliced okra, thaw whole okra just enough to slice easily (about 15 minutes). Slice it into 1/2-inch pieces.
