  • Lightly coat a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Cut potatoes lengthwise into thin wedges. Place in a plastic bag. Spray wedges with nonstick coating. Combine cheese, paprika, and pepper. Add seasonings to bag; close bag. Shake to coat potatoes with seasonings.
