  • Heat a grill-top frying pan on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium-hot coals or medium-hot gas burner about 5 minutes or until hot. Add tomato mixture to pan; cook and stir for 3 to 5 minutes or until skins begin to pop and tomatoes are softened and heated through. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over grilled steak, pork chops, shrimp, or salmon. Makes 4 servings.
