Directions

  1. Grease a 2-quart casserole; set aside. In a large bowl combine cream-style corn, eggs, sour cream, and melted butter. Stir in whole kernel corn, cheese, onion, and green chilies. Add corn muffin mix, stirring just until moistened. Turn into prepared 2-quart casserole.
  2. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 1-1/4 hours or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 8 to 10 side-dish servings.
