Note:

If you like, substitute 1 1/2 16-ounce packages (about 8 cups) frozen broccoli and cauliflower florets for the fresh. Prepare as directed.

For easy cleanup:

Line your slow cooker with a disposable slow cooker liner. Add ingredients as directed in recipe. Once your dish is finished cooking, spoon the food out of your slow cooker and simply dispose of the liner. Do not lift or transport the disposable liner with food inside.

it's 5 WW+ points for a serving.  What is the serving size?

And that liner will be around somewhere on the planet for at least 100 years. Your grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, etc., etc., will not appreciate living with your garbage. A little olive oil before and a bit of scrubbing after is all that is needed.

I don't think I would even use my crockpot without a liner.  I started using the liners when I got a new crockpot 4-5 yrs. ago & it has never been used without them!
