Add ground beef, turkey sausage, oregano, and fennel seeds. Cook until meat is browned. Add the mushrooms, black olives, and onion. Cook 5 to 7 minutes more or until vegetables are tender. Stir in pizza sauce, water, and salt. Reduce heat to medium. Top meat mixture with bread cubes and sprinkle with cheese. Cook, covered, about 3 minutes more or until cheese is melted. If desired, top with grated Parmesan, additional oregano, and/or crushed red pepper. Tip To toast bread cubes, preheat oven to 350°F. Spread bread cubes in an even layer in a shallow baking pan.
