As a home cook, he was creatively inspired to create functional kitchen products and aprons out of denim for the everyday user. In a small saucepan heat oat milk over medium 3 minutes or until warmed. Remove from heat and pour prepared espresso into oat milk. Add four or five spoonfuls of the espresso mixture to each mug; stir until sugar and cocoa are dissolved. Pour remaining espresso mixture into mugs. Serves 2. Tips Ubi uses/recommends a 6-cup Bialetti Moka Express stovetop espresso maker (for 2 cups of espresso). He uses Coffee Red Bay Coffee (Brazilian Cake Lady) and grinds it down to extra-fine (Turkish/espresso).
