As a home cook, he was creatively inspired to create functional kitchen products and aprons out of denim for the everyday user. At the same time, he wanted to create jeans for men that served various body shapes and sizes. The result was the creation of his indie brand, UBI-IND and Mi Cocina. In a small saucepan heat oat milk over medium 3 minutes or until warmed. Remove from heat and pour prepared espresso into oat milk. Add four or five spoonfuls of the espresso mixture to each mug; stir until sugar and cocoa are dissolved. Pour remaining espresso mixture into mugs. Serves 2. Tips Ubi uses/recommends a 6-cup Bialetti Moka Express stovetop espresso maker (for 2 cups of espresso). He uses Coffee Red Bay Coffee (Brazilian Cake Lady) and grinds it down to extra-fine (Turkish/espresso).
