Tzatziki Sauce


This creamy Mediterranean sauce is made with Greek yogurt, and is perfect for spooning over chicken, lamb, and vegetables. Add a Mediterranean twist to dinner with this easy sauce recipe.

  • 1 6 ounce carton plain Greek or regular yogurt

  • 1 cup shredded, seeded cucumber

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh mint

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • ¼ teaspoon salt


  1. In a medium bowl stir together all ingredients. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 4 hours.
