- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat an 8x4-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray, set aside.
- In a large bowl, microwave ice cream until very soft, but not melted. Stir in flour until just combined. Spoon batter into prepared pan; spread evenly.
- Bake 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Remove bread from pan and cool completely.
