Place turkey in a resealable plastic bag set in a shallow bowl. For marinade, in a small bowl combine oil, lemon juice, orange peel, orange juice, salt, pepper, and garlic. Pour over turkey; seal bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours, turning bag occasionally.
Drain turkey, reserving marinade. For a charcoal grill, grill turkey on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 12 to 15 minutes or until no longer pink (170 degrees F), turning once halfway through grilling and brushing with marinade during the first 6 minutes of grilling. (For a gas grill, preheat grill. Reduce heat to medium. Place turkey on grill rack over heat. Cover and grill as above.) Serve with Sweet Pepper-Citrus Salsa. Makes 6 steaks.
Sweet Pepper-Citrus Salsa
In a small bowl combine peppers, orange, green onions, balsamic vinegar, basil. Cover and chill until serving time. Makes 1-1/2 cups salsa.
