  • Combine turkey or chicken, apple, mayonnaise or salad dressing, chutney, green onion, and gingerroot or ground ginger in a medium mixing bowl. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Just before serving, stir in nuts. Transfer to a serving bowl. Makes 1 cup.
