Directions

  1. In a large saucepan combine chicken broth, hominy, tomato rice soup, turkey, sweet pepper, salsa, and cumin. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes or until sweet pepper is tender.
  2. Ladle into soup bowls. Top individual servings with tortilla chips and, if desired, sour cream. Makes 4 servings.
