Garlic Turkey with Broccoli and Noodles

Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. Meanwhile, place a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground meat and garlic, and cook until meat is no longer pink. Drain off fat. Remove meat from skillet.
  2. Add peanut or cooking oil and sesame oil to skillet. Add broccoli, carrot, gingerroot, and red pepper; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Stir in broth and hoisin sauce. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
  3. Stir noodles into vegetables. Stir in cooked meat and heat through. Makes 4 servings.
