Directions

  1. Combine chicken, celery, mayonnaise, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  2. Spoon chicken mixture onto a large serving platter. Place salad greens and orange wedges around the chicken mixture. Top greens with red onion rings. Drizzle raspberry vinaigrette over. Top chicken mixture and greens with cranberries and walnuts. Makes 6 servings.
