Place turkey or chicken on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Brush with oil. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 5 minutes. Turn and brush with oil; season with salt and pepper. Broil for 4 to 6 minutes more or until tender and no longer pink.
Meanwhile, for salsa, in a medium bowl stir together drained fruit, lime juice, onion, and jalapeño peppers. Serve turkey slices topped with salsa. If desired, garnish with kiwi fruit and carambola and serve with hot cooked rice. Maks 4 servings.
