Turkey Pasta Salad

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, adding frozen peas the last 1 minute of cooking; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again. Meanwhile, remove and discard bones from reserved turkey thighs; chop turkey.
  2. In a large bowl combine cooked pasta mixture, turkey, and next seven ingredients (through crushed red pepper). Drizzle with dressing; toss gently to coat.
