  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Stack tortillas; wrap in foil. Heat in the oven for 10 minutes to soften.

  • Meanwhile, for filling, in a large skillet, cook turkey, onion, and garlic over medium heat until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in beans, the 1/2 cup salsa, and the chili powder. Heat through. Reserve half of filling mixture (about 2 cups) and half of the tortillas (4) for Curry Burritos.

  • Spoon about 1/3 cup of the remaining filling onto each remaining tortilla and top each with 1 tablespoon cheese and 1 tablespoon lettuce. Fold bottom edge up and over filling, just until covered. Fold in opposite sides. Roll up, tucking in sides.

  • If desired, serve burritos with additional salsa and dairy sour cream.
