Tropical Slow Cooker Oatmeal

Directions

  1. In a 4-quart slow cooker stir together the milk, oats, and salt. Cover; cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours. Stir in chia seeds and additional milk, if needed. Top each serving with pineapple, oranges, yogurt, and coconut. Drizzle all with honey.

In a microwave-safe container combine 1/2 cup oats and 2 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Cover and heat on 100% power (high) for 1 minute 30 seconds, stirring once halfway through cooking.
