Tropical Fudge Tarts

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan heat and stir 1 cup white baking pieces, 1/2 cup marshmallow creme, and 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk over medium-low heat until mixture is melted and smooth. Stir in 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts, toasted; 1/4 cup shredded coconut, toasted; and 1/4 cup dried pineapple bits or chopped dried cranberries. Spoon about 2 teaspoons of the mixture into each of 30 baked miniature phyllo dough shells. If desired, sprinkle filling in each phyllo shell with additional toasted coconut.
