  • 1 whole wheat bagel thin, split and lightly toasted

  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter

  • mango, seeded, peeled and thinly sliced (1/3 cup)

  • 3 thin slices cooked ham

  • ½ green onion, thinly sliced (1 tablespoon)

  • 1 tablespoon raw coconut chips, toasted

  • 1 lime wedge


  1. Spread one half of the bagel thin with coconut butter and top with mango, ham, green onion, and coconut. Squeeze lime wedge over fillings and top with remaining bagel thin half.
