Sprinkle with cheese. For dressing: In a small bowl whisk together orange and lime juices, honey, garlic, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper. Whisking constantly, add oil in a thin stream. Top salad with dressing and herbs. Serves 6.
