Fat-free milk, unsweetened coconut milk, and sweetened condensed milk all make this hot chocolate recipe extra rich and delicious. For a truly impressive mug, top with a swirl of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.




  • In a large saucepan combine first three ingredients (through sweetened condensed milk). Whisk in the chocolate and, if desired, the cinnamon. Cook and stir over low about 10 minutes or until chocolate melts. Remove saucepan from heat; stir in vanilla and almond extract.

  • Beat with a whisk until very frothy. Serve in mugs. If desired, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with additional ground cinnamon.
