Tomato-Tortellini Soup

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan bring broth to boiling. Stir in tortellini. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
  2. Gradually whisk about 1/3 cup of the hot broth into cream cheese spread until smooth. Stir cream cheese mixture to into broth in saucepan. Gradually stir in tomato soup; heat through. If desired, sprinkle each serving with chives.
