Tomato-Basil Freezer Pop

Directions

  1. Place the tomatoes in a food processor in batches. Cover; process until pureed. Press mixture through a fine mesh sieve; discard solids. Stir basil, salt, and pepper into strained juice. Pour into pop bags or molds. Freeze until firm (juice may separate slightly during freezing).
