3 stars, good, very easy to make, I'll make again w/some tweaks. In all fairness, spur of the moment so I substituted 1T dried basil for the 1/2 fresh, but it still needed more oomph. Double the salt & Italian seasoning. And all that plain mozzarella was too much that didn't add much, so next time I'll substitute 1/2 cup parmesan for 1/2 mozzarella for a little more punch.
