- Preheat waffle iron to medium heat.
- Separate biscuits and flatten to about -inch thick. Divide avocado slices between 4 of the biscuit rounds, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with tomato slices, bacon, and cheese. Top each sandwich with remaining 4 biscuit rounds. Pinch edges to secure.
- Coat waffle iron with cooking spray. Place 1 sandwich in the center of the preheated waffle iron and close lid. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until golden and heated through. Repeat with remaining sandwiches. Serve immediately.
