  1. Prepare and freeze Fruit Vinegar Cubes. In a large pitcher layer Fruit Vinegar Cubes, ice cubes, and vodka. Add tonic water and garnish with fresh mint.

Using 2 to 3 cups fruit-flavored vinegar (such as strawberry, orange, apple-ginger, or mango golden balsamic), pour about 2 tablespoons vinegar in each compartment of standard ice cube trays. Freeze about 3 hours or until firm.

For individual drinks:

In a tall glass layer a few Fruit Vinegar Cubes, ice cubes and 1 1/2 ounces vodka; top off with tonic water and garnish with mint.
